Whether people  know this or not we were designed  to be social beings.  Certain studies have shown the impact of socializing ,and a mans health and well-being.   When Men are alone, without freinds, intimate  relationship, and also without social extracurricular  activities away from work, it can extremely , negatively  impact a mans overall health and well-being.  Without proper social outlets, it can cause a man to develope depression, anxiety, low energy, and loss of appetite, and a very, very, low self esteem. So its very important for men to have social outlets for optimal health and well-being.
